Goofs

The timeline of this movie suggests it's somewhere between 1885-1887. The motorcycle powered by an internal combustion engine was only invented in 1885. Yet the motorcycle shown in the movie as ridden by Mr. Luteau looks more like a motorcycle design of the late 1890s, early 1900s. See more »

Girl Power (NO SPOILERS! Watch this one!)
25 June 2017 | by (online) – See all my reviews

I don't know where to begin with this movie. It was almost perfect and the soundtrack is just lovely. There are a few tiny anomalies and the evil witch/mother character was a little too close to the annoying female villains in the popular Barbie movies from a decade ago, but the graphics are really breathtaking and I love that there's a solid moral to the story, and a real female empowerment message.

We loved it. I can't say more or it will spoil the effect. Sit back with the AC and your favorite snack. Don't miss a second of it.

If you teach a dance class for kids ages 4-10 it might be a nice year-end treat to watch as a group or to gift the first-year student who has made the most progress this year. :)
