If the story sounds at all familiar, it may be because it mimics somewhat a supposedly leaked "found" synopsis that has been passed around by various websites.

Disney says filming is now underway in Vancouver. In addition to Clooney, the "Tomorrowland" cast features Britt Robertson ("Under The Dome"), Hugh Laurie ("House M.D."), Raffey Cassidy ("Snow White and the Huntsman

American Horror Story: Mark Consuelos Set for Season 2

American Horror Story: Mark Consuelos Set for Season 2

According to Entertainment Weekly, former soap star Mark Consuelos is about to be locked down in a mental institution. Why, you ask? The handsome actor is set to join the second season cast of American Horror Story as an institutional inmate named Spivey, though no character details or other information about his time on the show was released.

Consuelos joins an ever-growing cast for the latest incarnation of American Horror Story, which is set to take place at a 1960s mental institution ran by Joseph Fiennes and featuring Jessica Lange as a nun. A majority of the already cast inmates seem to have a bone to pick with Lange's character, judging by the character descriptions released upon the casting announcement, so I wouldn't be too shocked for Spivey to join in the fracas.

But having a facility full of the physically,

They all move in with her brother, Davey Sheppard (Chris Payne Gilbert), and he helps her raise the boys. Lifetime cancels Ally Walker drama 'The Protector'

Lifetime cancels Ally Walker drama 'The Protector'
Though it premiered to a decent 1.9 million viewers in its first-season premiere back in June, Lifetime Ally Walker drama "The Protector" subsequently slid in the Nielsen ratings - to the tune of less than 1 million viewers in its most recent episode (in a new Monday time slot). The fledgling series (which we gave a less-than-favorable review to) has now been cancelled by the female-skewing network, though they have pledged to air the remaining few first-season episodes before pulling the plug later this month. The drama, which focuses on a female Lapd detective (Walker) balancing work and life as a single mother, was...

Lifetime Pulls the Plug on The Protector
Sad news for the (very) few folks who tuned into Lifetime’s The Protector this summer: The cabler has decided not to order a second season.

The Protector, which starred Sons of Anarchy‘s Ally Walker as a single mom juggling her personal life and her career as a Los Angeles Police Department homicide detective, debuted to soft numbers back in June — particularly given its strong Army Wives lead-in – and failed to garner an audience to call its own.

Tisha Campbell-Martin (Martin) and Miguel Ferrer (Crossing Jordan) co-starred on the cop drama.

Our sister site Deadline first reported the cancellation news.

Teacher Drawn to Teri Hatcher in Desperate Housewives Season 8

  • Boomtron
Teri Hatcher’s Susan is going back to art school in Desperate Housewives’ eighth and final season, and may have bitten off more than she can chew. According to TVLine, Susan’s teacher, Andre Zeller, is a well known but “temperamental contemporary artist,” which is the obnoxious way of saying he’s a giant a-hole. He’s a very demanding teacher, you know the type; nothing you ever do will live up to their expectations because you will never be as good as they are. Oh and heaven help you if you actually are better. I had a gym teacher who was once beaten in a push up contest by one of the students. He got so mad when he lost that he made us all do laps around the gym.

The actor they have playing this hard ass teacher is Miguel Ferrer. Andre will be a recurring character while Susan attends the local college,
