Super High Me (2007)
Press Release: Rosemont, Ill., June 22, 2016— Bruce Campbell’s Horror Film Festival, presented by Starz and their hit original series Ash vs. Evil Dead, returns for its third annual festivities on August 18-21, in conjunction with Wizard World Chicago. Today, the Festival announced highlights of the groovy lineup, sponsored by Shudder and Bloody-Disgusting.com, featuring the critically acclaimed opening night nail-biter Don’t Breathe, directed by Fede Alvarez; a salute to genre hero Fred Dekker; an epic event featuring comedian Doug Benson; and a 25th anniversary
The news comes from an episode of the podcast Doug Loves Movies, hosted by Doug Benson (Super High Me), which was released about two weeks back. Towards the end of the January 13th episode, on which Greg Proops and Julian McCullough also guested, when asked if he had any upcoming projects to plug, Sheen casually brought up his involvement in the sequel. The actor said, “Finding Nemo 2 should be coming out at some point… which I’m in.”
In 2016, Sheen will also be reprising his role as the White Rabbit from Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland in Alice Through the Looking Glass; in addition to that, he will act alongside Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt in Morten Tyldum’s Passengers.

Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet Frankenstein (1999)
In this animated adventure, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore revel in their new gig at a movie theme park by wandering the grounds after hours. Among the attractions is the spooky Frankenstein’s Castle, where a real mad scientist is bringing the monster to life. But when the boys cross paths with the creature (Frank Welker), they soon learn that appearances can be deceiving, and Frankenstein is more misunderstood than malevolent.
The former was on display on the last day of the annual South By Southwest festival when Benson hosted Doug Benson’s Movie Interruption at the Alamo Draft House Ritz in Austin. The Movie Interruption is a simple premise: Benson screens a movie,
Comic-con Episode IV: A Fan’S Hope- a film by Morgan Spurlock explores this amazing cultural phenomenon by following the lives of five attendees as they descend upon the ultimate geek mecca at San Diego Comic-Con 2010:
Eric, an aspiring illustrator, is hoping to impress publishers and land a job; Holly, costume and creature designer, hopes her creations will win the big prize; Chuck, a long-time comic book dealer, is looking for a big sale to pay off his debts; Skip, longtime amateur illustrator wants to be discovered at this year’s event; James, a young fan, hopes his
Meanwhile, the opening of "Thor" mightily approaches, and actress/singer Miley Cyrus wants in. While she's not billed for the film, Miley posted her own addition to the superhero epic. We have a feeling it's not going to make the final cut, but hey, here's hoping. All this and "Fast Five" is already receiving rave reviews -- and one outlet just doesn't get it.

Meanwhile, "Water For Elephants" opened in a strong third place at this weekend's box office, but has garnered mixed reviews. While Hollywood's fickle critics are split, the celebrity consensus is overwhelmingly positive, at least with a sample size of two.
And you know how we told you that a "Bill and Ted 3" script was just weeks away from completion? Turns out that it's already done, and it's in co-star Alex Winter's hands. Station!

With the premiere of "Scream 4" only two days away, fans are already snatching up tickets. Moviegoers are buzzing about the horror film's place in the franchise. Will it live up to the "Scream" legacy? Lucky for us, a few celebrities got a sneak peek and they're tweeting all about it.
Meanwhile, love is in the tweets for "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlene, who was propositioned online by a household name. He plays it cool and responds with the only surefire way to win a girl’s heart: A Star Trek reference.

"The Comedians of Comedy" (2005)
Directed by Michael Blieden
As "The Comedians of Comedy" opens, Patton Oswalt talks about one of the worst gigs of his life: Yuk-a-Buck Night, six comedians, six bucks, one comedy club. Places like that Yuk-a-Buck joint, with their lowest common denominator expectations and two drink minimums, are the reason Oswalt gathered together Brian Posehn,
Yesterday marked a sad anniversary, too, as Rose McGowan noted that it's been one year since Brittany Murphy's death. Her thoughts, as well as a shot of one of our favorite "Twilight" series actresses lending a hand at a Phoenix food bank, have been retweeted after the jump.

@rosemcgowan Saying a prayer for Miss Brittany Murphy. It's a sad anniversary for a lovely soul.
The alternate universe has been a great story telling mechanism since the middle of last season and it has been a complete and utter mind-bending winner for me this season as well. The stakes are too high that they’ve laid out. Only one of these two universes can survive? This makes me think that weeks from now Peter is going to be stepping into this mystery machine because he’s going to believe doing so will be a valid alternative option. Given everything that they were shown prior to the
In movie-related posts, "Skyline" prompted a few micro-reviews over the weekend. Sasha Grey broke her spectrum of reactions down into a single tweet and may have managed to break a Twitter-Wood record for most sentences in a single post. Check it out after the jump and see if you share her sentiments. Even if you don't, you'll see what Eli Roth received for participating in a "Scream" documentary and what Marlon Wayans recommends for the Minnesota Vikings.
