  • FilmiPop
It’s a cloud of confusions and speculations regarding Farah Khan’s next venture. Initially, the fab director, Farah Khan started up with the script of a women centric film that she was planning with Parineeti Chopra and Alia Bhatt. Due to Alia’s ‘Dear Zindagi’ and it promotional schedule plus her lack of availability and further busy slots, seems like this venture has been put on hold. It is going to be a larger-than-life, romantic comedy, undoubtedly Farah’s forte! For this, the ace choreographer/director revealed her tentative plans.

11 reasons why relationship with your sibling is crazy but special, a la Bollywood

  • GlamSham
Out of all the various relationships (zillion in case you are an Indian including the door ke ristedaar) we have, the most special bond we share is with our siblings. They are our first best friend, first enemy and first love too (don't get us wrong). If it wouldn't have been for them, even we don't know how we could have survived in our crazy families. You fight, beat the sh*t out of each other, but at the end of the day, you are always there for each other. You treat them the way you want, but if somebody else misbehaves with your brother/sister, they will be in for big trouble. Let's admit it, you sometimes hate them to the core, but there is no way you can survive without them. Even in Bollywood movies, we have seen the crazily adorable relationship of the siblings. “Will Choreograph For Dilwale If Srk Asks Me” – Farah Khan

  • Bollyspice
Choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan is currently in London for the 17th London Asian Film Festival.

The Happy New Year director today attended a choreography masterclass at the Southbank Centre and a sing-along screening of Om Shanti Om starring Shah Rukh Khan at Prince Charles Cinema in the West End.

At the master class earlier today, Khan clarified that it’s a myth that she worked for veteran choreographer Saroj Khan during the making of Aamir Khan starrer Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar. In fact, Farah was assisting the director, Mansoor Khan, and only took over as the choreographer once Saroj Khan walked out.

Farah also recalled how the same almost happened during the making of the iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. “Aditya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan called me from Switzerland and asked me if I can come the following day to shoot a song for them because Saroj Khan had not landed up on set.

Dum Laga Ke Haisha Music Review

  • Bollyspice
Dum Laga Ke Haisha is the latest offering from Yash Raj Films starring Ayushmann Khurrana (Vicky Donor) and debutante Bhumi Pednekar. It also marks Sharat Katariya (of Bheja Fry fame) changing gears from writer to director.

It film features music by Anu Malik (Main Hoon Na), composing after almost two years, his last being Shootout at Wadala. Lyrics have been penned by Varun Grover while vocal talents featured consist of Monali Thakur (‘Sawar Loon’ – Lootera), Papon (‘Tu’ – Bobby Jasoos) and Kumar Sanu (no introduction needed).

The album gets off to a stunner of a start with Moh Moh Ke Dhaage by Papon. The track is very reminiscent of Anu Malik’s more nuanced work in Asoka and Refugee. The orchestration is beautiful as is the haunting melody. Couple with equally beautiful lyrics and a flawless rendition from Papon, the track is any easy winner. ‘Moh Moh Ke Dhaage’ is repeated
