‘Deadpool 2’ Teaser Trailer Offers First Footage and Bob Ross-Style Painting Lesson

‘Deadpool 2’ Teaser Trailer Offers First Footage and Bob Ross-Style Painting Lesson
Ryan Reynolds takes a turn into the surreal in a teaser trailer for “Deadpool 2,” offering mostly tips on how to paint — intercut with a few brief action scenes.

Deadpool imitates Bob Ross, the late artist from PBS’ instructional show “The Joy of Painting” who provided extensive detail about what he was painting, in a video titled “Wet on Wet.” At one point, Deadpool explains that he’s painting trees, then adds, “What you don’t want to do is eat these — trust me on this.”

About halfway through, however, several characters appear briefly in a violence-laden montage from the actual movie — Josh Brolin’s Cable, Negasonic Teenage Warhead (played by Brianna Hildebrand), and Blind Al (Leslie Uggams). Then the trailer returns to the painting instructional with Reynolds concluding, “Hugs not drugs.”

Reynolds is also a producer on the films with “Deadpool” writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick returning, along with Drew Goddard assisting. “John Wick” co-director

Secret Behind The Matrix Code Finally Revealed

Secret Behind The Matrix Code Finally Revealed
The Wachowski siblings' 1999 breakthrough film The Matrix was not only a huge critical and commercial hit, but it also helped revolutionize the way movies are made, in a number of different ways. One of the most unique elements of the movie is The Matrix code itself, which is basically comprised of a perpetual stream of neon green icons running down vertically over a black screen. While we wait for more on the controversial and impending Matrix reboot, the creator of the actual Matrix code reveals that it was based on Japanese food recipes.

The franchise has been in the news this year after Warner Bros. announced a new project which was described as a Matrix prequel. Simon Whiteley was the man who designed and created The Matrix code, who got his start in the movie business designing the opening title sequence for the 1995 smash hit Babe. While his role as

Avengers: Infinity War Puts Out Casting Call For Military Types

Even with the possibility of the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War debuting tomorrow night being a reality, I think you may agree with me in saying that it doesn’t hurt to occupy the interim with other bits of news related to the monumental film that’s serving as the culmination of everything Marvel Studios have been building to since the release of 2008’s Iron Man.

Granted, principal photography for 2019’s as-yet-untitled follow-up may have already commenced, but that doesn’t mean everything regarding Infinity War itself is finished. After all, there’s a lot of time separating now from next spring, so it stands to reason that the second unit or other members of the crew will be filling in a few blanks. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise us if the approach the Russo Brothers are taking is somewhat nonlinear like other films that have shot back to back,

Atomic Blonde Review: Dir. David Leitch (2017)

Atomic Blonde review: Charlize Theron channels her inner John Wick in this eighties-set spy action-thriller.

Atomic Blonde review by Kat Hughes.

Atomic Blonde review

Director David Leitch has been in the movie industry for years. He started life as a stunt double, most notably working on The Matrix films, before venturing into directing with stunt-mate Chad Stahelski. The duo’s first project, John Wick, took the world by storm. What on paper should have been a terrible Dtv, was actually an inventive an incredible tour-de-force. Now Leitch ventures out on his own with Atomic Blonde.

Atomic Blonde sees Charlize Theron take centre stage in an eighties-set tale of Cold War spies. Theron plays Lorraine Broughton, an MI6 agent, tasked with retrieving an important list from Berlin during the fall of the Berlin Wall. Upon arrival, she partners with David Percival (played by James McAvoy), an embedded station chief, to navigate

‘Sense8’: Inside the Last-Minute Scramble to Film at the Biggest Gay Pride Celebration in the World
[Editor’s note: The following contains minor spoilers for “Sense8” Season 2, Episode 6, “Isolated Above, Connected Below.”]

Sense8” is one of TV’s craziest, most unique series, and no one knows that better than executive producer Grant Hill — the guy who has to handle the show’s insane production logistics. While in the thick of production, the cast and crew are constantly traveling from location to location, literally spanning the globe over the course of months.

Hill began working with Lana and Lilly Wachowski as the unit production manager (Upm) on “The Matrix Reloaded,” and has been involved with all of their projects ever since. But the challenges presented by “Sense8” were a step beyond what he’d been asked to do before. “Probably the hardest but the best decision we made was that we wanted to film everything that was scripted in a particular city in that city,” he explained.

Kingsman: Director Matthew Vaughn Already Has Third Film In Mind

I’ve said this time and again: Kingsman: The Secret Service was an unexpectedly amazing film. Its marketing didn’t really do the movie any big favors, and when I checked it out in theaters, it exceeded my incredibly low expectations. However, upon numerous repeated viewings, I’m happy to say that the film manages to hold up immensely well — and I may even dare to say it Improved with every viewing.

Needless to say, this has someone like me incredibly excited to see what the sequel, Kingsman: The Golden Circle has to offer. The first trailer was all sorts of promising. With its over-the-top action, dude with a metal arm, and the return of Colin Firth’s Harry, it seems very much in keeping with the tone and style of the original movie. But can we expect even more from the franchise?

‘Matrix’ Mashup: Imagine if Will Smith Hadn’t Turned Down the Role of Neo
Everyone knows Keanu Reeves starred in “The Matrix.” What this video presupposes is…maybe he didn’t? YouTube user The Unusual Suspect has reimagined the Wachowskis’ science-fiction blockbuster with Will Smith in the lead role of Neo, as the part was originally offered to the “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” and “Bad Boys” star. Watch below and try not to say “whoa.”

Featuring clips from the original film with shots of Smith woven in, the video acts as a trailer of sorts for this alternate-history (or -future?) version of “The Matrix.” Scenes from such films as “Men in Black” and especially “I, Robot” are used to create the illusion, often quite seamlessly; it helps that “I, Robot” is another sci-fi/action hybrid that calls on Smith to fire weapons and appear as though
