Katie Holmes Shows Up to Support Jamie Foxx at Event in NYC
After years of fueling romance rumors, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx finally showed up to the same event.

Foxx lent his star power to the Prive Reveaux eyewear flagship store launch, hosted by Casa Noble, on Monday night in New York City's Times Square, and Holmes also dropped by to show her support. The 49-year-old actor -- who is a spokesmodel for the brand -- showed up to the store in an all-black ensemble that he paired with a sleek gray jacket. He also happily accessorized his outfit with a pair of Prive shades.

As for Holmes, she arrived separately to the event a little later, wearing a little black dress and matching pumps, along with a peach Jackie O-inspired jacket.

An eyewitness at the event tells Et that Holmes spent about half an hour at the flagship store in a quiet area in the back, and Foxx joined her for a bit before returning to his hosting

The Walking Dead's Regina Looks Completely Different in Her Other Big Role

Image Source: AMC I know what you've been thinking: "Who's this new badass b*tch on The Walking Dead?" Regina is introduced in season eight's first episode, "Mercy." Since then, we've seen her character build up pretty quickly, and it looks like she'll be taking on a big role as this season plays out. But who is the actress, and where have you seen her before? Traci Dinwiddie made her film debut in 1998 in the TV movie Target Earth, in which she played Dep. Madeline Chandler, one of the agents put on the case to find a missing girl. You might better recognize her though from her role as Veronica in The Notebook (2004) and her short stint as Dancer #5 in Black Knight (2001). She's also guest-starred in a few popular TV shows, including One Tree Hill and Dawson's Creek. Despite some of her softer roles, do not be mistaken, Dinwiddie is no stranger to psychological thrillers.

Yes, You've Seen Carol From The Walking Dead on Screen Before

Image Source: AMC Rick Grimes, King Ezekiel, and Maggie Greene might technically run things with the allied squads on The Walking Dead, but it's Carol Peletier who seems to come in on the clutch most often throughout the series. Remember how she handles the terrible business of dealing with the prison's ill population, then takes care of Lizzie, and manages to save everyone from the Terminus cannibal crew, even after being exiled and ostracized by them? That's boss behavior right there. Carol always seems to take her leave from the group just in time to position herself as an outside asset when she's most needed. She has a foresight that's increasingly rare in this generation of act-first-think-later strategists (lookin' at you, Sheriff). Ezekiel and Jerry would certainly be hobbling around looking for brains to munch on if not for her quick thinking this week, and pretty much everyone else can

10 Things About The Dark Knight You Never Knew

10 Things About The Dark Knight You Never Knew
The Dark Knight is one of the greatest comic book movies of all time, ranked among the popcorn cinema elite in fan polls as one of the best movies ever. The penultimate chapter of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy saw Christian Bale's Batman go up against the Joker, portrayed with haunting villainy by the late Heath Ledger, who won a posthumous Oscar for the role. Ledger's commitment to the character is the stuff of legend. But there were plenty of other cool facts behind the scenes, as well.

Katie Holmes skipped the sequel to make a terrible comedy.

Memento filmmaker Christopher Nolan rescued the World's Greatest Detective from the train wreck of glossy camp that was Joel Schumacher's Batman and Robin with 2005's Batman Begins, a serious minded reboot adored by fans and critics. Katie Holmes co-starred as Bruce Wayne love interest Rachel Dawes, but the Dawson's Creek

Star Wars Prequels Almost Got a Totally Different Anakin Skywalker

Star Wars Prequels Almost Got a Totally Different Anakin Skywalker
For years Star Wars fans could only dream about the events of the Clone Wars and Anakin Skywalker's fall from grace, as first introduced in the original Star Wars trilogy. The power of the dark side that seduced Darth Vader, the legendary piloting skills of Luke's father, it was all only spoken about, until George Lucas announced plans to finally bring Episodes I, II, and III to life, promising to show us the first meeting between Obi-Wan and Anakin and the fateful duel that turned the newly minted Darth Vader into "more machine than man." And George Lucas needed to find perfect actor to play the role. Which wasn't an easy task by any means.

There were hundreds of screen tests before Lucas enlisted young Jake Lloyd to play the future Darth Vader in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. To say the performance wasn't well received is putting

Watch James Van Der Beek Take 'Dawson's Creek' Quiz
James Van Der Beek may not be able to shake his link to weepy nineties drama Dawson's Creek anytime soon, but the actor has apparently already blocked certain parts of the experience from his memory.

On Tuesday's episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the actor played a quick-fire round of a Q&A game Cohen called "I Don't Wanna Wait," in which the show host asked Van Der Beek a series of questions about the series.

Van Der Beek said he likes the show's ending "the way it is" (on the series,

James Van Der Beek Says He Was Surprised Katie Holmes Married Tom Cruise, Spills 'Dawson's Creek' Confessions
James Van Der Beek answered just about all the questions that host Andy Cohen posed regarding the actor's days on Dawson's Creek and his beloved co-stars.

During his appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Tuesday night with Kate Upton, Van Der Beek was asked if he was surprised when his on-again, off-again Dawson's Creek love interest, Katie Holmes, married Tom Cruise in 2006, three years after the drama series went off the air. "Yes," the 40-year-old actor confessed without elaborating.

Van Der Beek went into more detail when Cohen inquired as to when he thought Dawson's Creek jumped the shark. "End of season 2 when I had to wear a wire to implicate Joey's father for a drug deal gone bad," he recalled. "Yeah, that seemed like a stretch," Cohen quipped.

Exclusive: James Van Der Beek on Channeling Diplo and Checking Into ‘Room 104’
On the new Viceland series What Would Diplo Do?, James Van Der Beek takes on his most unexpected role yet: the Grammy-winning DJ and record producer behind M.I.A.’s “Paper Planes” and “Where Are U Now” with Skrillex and Justin Bieber among other international hit songs.

But it should come as no surprise the actor would defy the expectations of audiences who grew up with him on Dawson’s Creek. Van Der Beek has taken on darker roles like The Rules of Attraction and playing a fictionalized version of himself on the short-lived Don’t Trust the B--- in Apartment 23. And playing ridiculous version of Diplo is no different.

“[Fans] have seen me do weird stuff in between,” Van Der Beek says, referring to Dawson’s Creek and more traditional roles like Friends With Better Lives and CSI: Cyber. “I think I’ve prepped them for this moment… they’re going
