Relativity Studios Lands $200 Million in Slate Financing, Plans Four Film Sequels
Relativity Studios has entered a strategic partnership that will guarantee them north of $200 million in annual slate financing, the studio said Monday. The new partnership will result in a minimum of five projects per year moving forward, a spokesperson added. Immediate priorities include the star-studded animated film “Animal Crackers,” and sequels to some of the Relativity library’s greatest hits — like Henry Cavill’s “Immortals,” “November Man” and “Act of Valor.” More to come.
