Christmas Story 2 Vs. Jingle All the Way 2: Which Is Worse?
It's time to light a fire, get some eggnog, and settle in for some Christmas classics. And we know which ones are at the top of the list. A Christmas Story, Jingle All the Way, Christmas Vacation, Elf, and Bad Santa are certainly favorites. But a little unknown fact is that all of these movies have gotten sequels. You might not realize that because they are all equally terrible.

So which movie has the absolute worst Christmas sequel? Well, we can scratch Friday After Next off the list, because the original was never a Christmas movie to begin with. But at the top of the list surely has to be A Christmas Story 2. While the original is so popular that it plays for 24 hours straight on Christmas day, the only place you're likely to see the sequel is playing on a loop in Hell. Sure, it has some fans, but

@wallowsmusic A post shared by Dylan Minnette (@dylan_minnette) on Apr 15, 2017 at 1:39pm Pdt Following the colossal success of Netflix's 13 Reasons Why, Dylan Minnette is gradually becoming a household name. The 20-year-old actor previously had many acting credits to his name - including starring roles in Don't Breathe and Goosebumps - but it's his portrayal of the sensitive Clay Jensen that has garnered the most attention and a "passionate" following. But in addition to his acting aspirations, Minnette also happens to be a pretty talented musician! Minnette currently sings and plays guitar in Los Angeles-based band Wallows. The currently unsigned band came about after the dissolution of his previous band, The Narwhals. In Wallows, Minnette plays alongside fellow vocalist and guitarist Braeden Lemasters and Cole Preston on the drums, both of whom also played in The Narwhals. According to a statement, the band is named after a famous skateboarding spot in Honolulu.

Betrayal: Season One Ratings

ABC hasn't had ratings success on Sundays at 10pm in awhile. Pan Am, 666 Park Avenue, Gcb, and Red Widow were all cancelled. Will Betrayal be a different story and end up renewed for a second season? Time will tell.

On Betrayal, the extra-marital affair of two professionals gets even more complicated when their families end up on the opposite sides of a murder trial. The cast includes Stuart Townsend, Hannah Ware, Henry Thomas, Chris Johnson, Wendy Moniz, Braeden Lemasters, Elizabeth McLaughlin, and James Cromwell.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show's likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available -- usually the next day, around 11:30am Est/8:30am Pst. Refresh to see the latest.

ABC wants to seduce you with its new drama Betrayal, but there isn't enough television foreplay to get us all the way there. Trailer for A Christmas Story 2, Sorry

A Christmas Story 2 is the “official sequel” to the original Christmas classic that is rightfully going straight to Blu-ray/DVD on October 30th and will hopefully be forgotten immediately.

Directed by Brian Levant (Jingle All the Way), A Christmas Story 2 stars Braeden Lemasters (Easy A) as Ralphie with Stacey Travis (Ghost World) playing the mother and Daniel Stern (Home Alone) as the Old Man. The trailer looks really bad, it’s like a checklist of things they want you to remember from the first movie – then why not just watch that again? Now I’m angry.

A Christmas Story 2 Trailer

It's the gift that keeps on giving... for Warner Brothers, that is! As we reported last month, a new direct-to-dvd sequel to the holiday classic A Christmas Story is hitting stores this October. The official trailer has arrived online this week and it looks like a complete train wreck. Braeden Lemasters (Men of a Certain Age) is playing an older, dorkier version of Ralphie without any of the pathos, while Daniel Stern plays a gruff, unfunny Old Man. Pratfalls abound, and adding insult to injury, they've gone out of their way to call this an "official sequel"... a bit of a stretch considering that writer Jean Shepherd died back in 1999. A Christmas Story 2 hits stores on October 30th; check out the trailer after the jump.

Trailer for A Christmas Story Sequel

We previously told you that Warner Bros decided to shut down Warner Premiere, it's straight-to-video division. But before the doors close for good, Warner Premiere will release "A Christmas Story 2." The film is being advertised as the official sequel to the 1983 Christmas classic, and once again revolves around Ralphie (Braeden Lemasters), who is now a teenager and has his sights set on a new toy for Christmas: a 1938 Hupmobile Skyline Convertible. Daniel Stern plays the father. "A Christmas Story 2" will hit stores on DVD and Blu-ray on October 30th. Check out the trailer below. Trailer:

Trailer for A Christmas Story 2 - Ugh...

I don't know who thought that it would be a good idea to make a sequel to the classic 1983 film A Christmas Story, but it looks terrible. If they wanted a sequel they could have at least made a good film! A Christmas Story 2 is being labeled an "Official Sequel". Back in 1994 another sequel was attempted called It Runs in the Family, which later released on DVD under the title My Summer Story. That was a crappy sequel as well.

Here's the Synopsis:

The original, traditional, one-hundred-percent, red-blooded, two-fisted, All-American Christmas continues five years later, with Ralphie (Braeden Lemasters), Randy (Valin Shinyei), Mom (Stacey Travis), and the Old Man (Daniel Stern). This time, Ralphie has his eyes fixed on a car. But trouble is sure to follow.

They just can't seem to recapture that magic that the original movie was filled with. It's like they're trying to force it,

A Christmas Story 2 Trailer!

A Christmas Story 2 Trailer!
Warner Home Video has released the first trailer for A Christmas Story 2, debuting on Blu-ray and DVD October 30. Braeden Lemasters stars as a 16-year-old Ralphie, who wants a car for Christmas this year, a big step up from the Red Ryder Bb gun in A Christmas Story. Take a look at the first footage from this holiday sequel, also starring Daniel Stern as The Old Man.

A Christmas Story 2 Trailer

Years after realizing his childhood dream of getting a Red Ryder Bb gun for Christmas, 16-year-old Ralphie (Braeden Lemasters) sets his bespectacled sights on a gift of the four-wheeled variety in this belated sequel to Bob Clark's beloved 1983 classic A Christmas Story. As the snow begins to fall and the carolers start to sing, Ralphie dreams of waking up on Christmas morning to find the keys to a 1938 Hupmobile Skyline Convertible dangling from the tree, and embracing

Trailer for A Christmas Story 2 on Blu-ray and DVD: The Holiday Gift for People You Hate

Summer of 2012 is barely over and we're already running headlong into the holiday season with this new trailer for A Christmas Story 2.  The official sequel is (thankfully) going straight to Blu-ray/DVD and you can pick it up with the original in a combo two-pack (only on DVD) on October 30th.  The follow-up film once again centers on Ralphie, his family and friends on the approach to yet another Christmas.  In the true spirit of the holiday, A Christmas Story 2 seeks to feed off of the nostalgia for the original film like a parasite and trick you into wasting your hard-earned money.  Season's greetings! Directed by Brian Levant (Jingle All the Way - which I actually liked...), A Christmas Story 2 stars Braeden Lemasters (Easy A) as Ralphie with Stacey Travis (Ghost World) playing the mother and Daniel Stern (Home Alone) as the Old Man.  (C'mon, Stern.  I know times are tough,
