Den of Thieves Trailer Has Gerard Butler Chasing Down 50 Cent
Stx Entertainment has released the first trailer and poster for Den of Thieves, a new crime thriller starring Gerard Butler as a legendary Los Angeles cop trying to take down a brazen crew of bank robbers. Along with this new trailer, Stx has also debuted quite the unique poster, with this team of cops lead by Gerard Butler's Nick Flanagan on one side, and the bank robbers lead by 50 Cent's character on the bottom, which can be reversed so the robbers side is on top and the cops are on the bottom. We'll have to wait until January to find out who truly comes out on top in this epic thriller.

A Los Angeles crime saga in the vein of Heat, Den of Thieves follows the intersecting and often personally connected lives of an elite unit of the La County Sheriff's Dept. and the state's most successful bank robbery

Gerard Butler & 50 Cent in First Trailer for Crime Film 'Den of Thieves'

"You're not the bad guys... we are." Another new Heat wannabe movie. Stx Entertainment has dropped the first trailer for an action crime thriller titled Den of Thieves, from writer/director Christian Gudegast. The movie is about a thief who gets trapped between two sides of a heist and two sets of "criminals" - an elite unit of the La County Sheriff's Dept. and the state's most successful bank robbery crew. Gerard Butler stars, with 50 Cent, Pablo Schreiber, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Sonya Balmores, Maurice Compte, Evan Jones, Brian Van Holt, Jordan Bridges, and Eric Braeden. This seems like it's going to have quite a few big twists, and characters who don't turn out to be who they seem to be (obviously enough). With Gerard Butler, 50 Cent, and a January release date, this is pretty much a disaster in the making. Have fun. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Christian Gudegast's Den of Thieves,

Inhumans Star Thinks Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Crossover Is Possible

Seeing as every movie and TV show produced by Marvel Studios takes place in the same shared universe – the Marvel Cinematic Universe, to be exact – it’s a constant source of disappointment to fans that any chance of a crossover between the heroes of the silver and small screens has been repeatedly ruled out. This could have changed with Inhumans, though. As the property was originally set to be a movie before being transferred to TV, it was theoretically possible that it would be the one to bridge the gap.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like there’s much hope of that happening anymore. While chatting with ComicBook.com, Inhumans star Sonya Balmores – who plays Auran on the show – was asked about the idea of a crossover with the films. She quickly skirted that issue, but did suggest that the series could cross paths with its fellow ABC show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Marvel’s Inhumans showrunner has ideas for two more seasons

After a poorly-received marketing campaign and IMAX release earlier this month, Marvel’s latest TV venture Inhumans premieres on ABC in the States tonight.

Given the negative reaction towards the series so far, it looks like a difficult road lies ahead for Black Bolt and company, with rumours already circulating that the network has made the decision to cancel the show. However, it seems that is news to showrunner Scott Buck, who has revealed to Collider that he has plans not only for a second season but also a third.

“We have ideas. We know our starting point for Season 2, but we don’t know if there will be a Season 2. Hopefully, there will be a Season 2. If so, we know where we’re gonna start, and we’ll very gratefully gear up and get to work. We generally know where the first three seasons could go. What’s fun

Despite rumours, Marvel’s Inhumans hasn’t been cancelled (yet)

Marvel’s latest TV venture Inhumans has certainly had a tough time of things; the first promotional images and trailer were savaged by fans, and the two-part premiere episode – which screened in IMAX theaters earlier this month – met with a similar fate from critics and audiences.

The show – which has reportedly been a source of contention between ABC and Marvel – is gearing up for its network premiere a week from today, and a new promotional poster has arrived online which bills the superhero drama as ‘The Complete Series’, prompting speculation that the show has already been cancelled. Here’s the poster in question…

However, a spokesperson from ABC has contacted RenewCancelTV to state that “this is not a new poster [and] the same promotional verbiage [has been used] throughout our campaign.”

It would certainly seem a little early for a decision to have been made on the future of Inhumans; despite all of the negative buzz,

Inhumans quality was “a source of contention” between ABC and Marvel

From the moment it was first announced as part of Marvel’s feature film slate for Phase Three, Inhumans hasn’t had the easiest of rides.

Reportedly forced upon Marvel Studios by Marvel Entertainment CEO Ike Perlmutter, the movie was pulled from Marvel’s cinematic slate when Disney decided to shake up its structure and have Kevin Feige report directly to Disney’s Alan Horn, and was subsequently announced as a TV series, co-funded by IMAX and ABC.

The Inhumans series itself has also come in for heavy criticism throughout its marketing campaign, as well as negative reviews from fans and critics following its IMAX premiere last weekend, where it grossed $2.6 million worldwide.

In a piece over at Variety, the outlet is reporting that the series has been a bone of contention between ABC and Marvel, with ABC expressing concerns over both the quality of the show’s special effects,

Marvel’s Inhumans opens to $2.6 million worldwide

Marvel Television unleashed its latest offering in IMAX theaters this weekend, with the first two episodes of Inhumans grossing $2.6 million around the globe.

According to Box Office Mojo, Inhumans earned $1.5 million from around 400 locations in North America, along with a further $1.1 million from 65 international markets.

While this is a fraction of the IMAX openings for Inhumans‘ big screen cousins of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it is a fairly solid result for a TV show, especially as it’s had a) very little promotion, b) horrendous reviews, and c) zero buzz. For comparison, the season four finale of Game of Thrones earned $1.4 million from its theatrical run.

Marvel's Inhumans Review: Even on Big Screen, New ABC Drama Feels Small

Marvel's Inhumans Review: Even on Big Screen, New ABC Drama Feels Small
This fall, TV welcomes an engaging and slick new Marvel series about people possessing unique powers.

But in addition to The Gifted, there will also be Marvel’s Inhumans.

What follows is a review of the Inhumans “movie” now playing in IMAX theaters, ahead of the eight-episode ABC series’ launch (on Friday, Sept. 29). What’s in theaters runs 75 minutes, whereas the double-episode TV premiere reportedly includes 10 extra minutes. This review will be relatively non-spoilery, but I cannot speak for the Comments made by those who also ponied up $20 cash to see it in IMAX (nor will we be monitoring them

Inhumans Cast Members Hit Back At Early Criticism Of The Show

Poor Inhumans. While most Marvel TV shows are showered with praise from fans and critics alike, the upcoming ABC series could be about to join Iron Fist as one of the studio’s rare misfires. From the footage we’ve seen so far, many have lambasted the show for bungling the long-awaiting live-action debut of a bunch of beloved characters who’ve entertained comic book readers for decades.

This is an area of the criticism that one member of the Inhumans cast thinks fans should ease up on. Ken Leung – who plays Karnak in the series – has admitted that the show is “just loosely based” on the comics, and hopes that viewers will be able to come to terms with this and accept it as its “own iteration” of the same stories and characters.

“We are kind of just loosely based on the comics. The source of some of the
