Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale Have a Fake High School Musical Reunion

Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale Have a Fake High School Musical Reunion
Wildcats, take a deep breath and try and process this: We almost had the ultimate, and possibly awkward High School Musical reunion at the 2018 Golden Globes. But we did get a pretty great fake one. Star Ashley Tisdale posted on Instagram on Saturday, almost a week after the ceremony, a photo someone had expertly photoshopped that shows her, Zac Efron and onscreen love interest and real-life ex Vanessa Hudgens on the red carpet at the event. "What a great reunion we had (photoshop is getting too real)," Tisdale wrote. But check this out: This reunion, or a mini-reunion, could have happened in real life last Sunday. John Malkovich Cast in the Ted Bundy Thriller Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil And Vile

John Malkovich has been cast in the upcoming thriller Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile. The film is based on the true story of the 1979 murder trial of serial killer Ted Bundy. The actor will take on the role of Judge Edward Cowart. Malkovich will join Zac Efron who is playing Ted Bundy and Lily Collins who is playing his girlfriend, Elizabeth Kloepfer.

Nightwing Shortlist Allegedly Narrowed To Two

Day by day, we’re beginning to form a clearer picture of Chris McKay’s Nightwing movie.

Warner Bros. and DC Films, in particular, may be in a state of flux following Justice League, but McKay is clearly still chipping away at his big-screen adaptation of Dick Grayson, the heroic sidekick who’s been a cornerstone of DC Comics since as far back as 1963.

It’s still early days, what with no firm release date and/or casting news to report; nevertheless, that has in no way quelled the onslaught of rumors. Indeed, the latest report is alleging that Warner’s shortlist has been whittled down to two: Matt Bomer and Sean Pignatelli.

File this firmly in the rumor cabinet for now, as last we reported, Chris McKay hinted that he’ll be ready to share firm details in February. In the meantime, grab those tinfoil hats and let’s indulge in a little speculation.

Obsessed With The Greatest Showman Soundtrack? These Sing-Along Screenings Are For You

Admit it: you're still belting out "This Is Me" from The Greatest Showman. And honestly? We don't blame you. The soundtrack for Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron's circus musical is ridiculously catchy, no matter how unrealistic the plot is. Now, if the idea of singing all of The Greatest Showman's songs at the top of your lungs in a movie theater sounds like an exciting way to spend an evening, we have some especially good news - select theaters are now showing the film in a sing-along format! The showings will display the words to each song on the screen as they come up, so you and about 100 other people can sing "Rewrite the Stars" in perfect harmony even if you don't have all the lyrics memorized. Unfortunately, there's a catch: the sing-along screenings are only happening at a select 300 theaters across America. The limited-edition showings begin on Friday,

Candid Moments at the 2018 Golden Globes With Zac Efron, Margot Robbie, Oprah Winfrey and More Stars

The 2018 Golden Globes was a televised celebration of the biggest achievements in film and television. But a lot that happened inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel that viewers didn't get to see. DeMille Award (and delivering a rousing speech), Oprah Winfrey documented the historic moment by posing with Ava DuVernay and Gayle King. Zac Efron and Zendaya on filming that difficult aerial duet in The Greatest Showman

The Greatest Showman released in theaters over the holidays, and continuing what feels like a trend at this point, the film has proved to be very divisive among fans, and critics. While most agree that the film lacks an engaging plot, and maybe takes a few too many liberties with the life story of the always-controversial P.T. Barnum, there are some that have quite enjoyed the film.

How can a film be enjoyed without a cohesive plot you say? Well, the musical numbers are pretty amazing. Some are breathtaking, even. While not all of the music soars, there are some stunners in Hugh Jackman’s original movie-musical. One such number is “Rewrite the Stars”, featuring Zac Efron and relative-newcomer Zendaya. The number is technically impressive, and according to both performers, it was quite difficult to film. Talking to Cinemablend, they describe the work involved, and also the confusion involved,

During an appearance on BBC America’s “The Graham Norton Show,” Efron recalled the conversation, which took place while he was promoting “High School Musical 3” in Paris with director Kenny Ortega. Efron was dining with Ortega — who directed several of Jackson’s world tours and would later go on to direct the posthumous concert film “This Is It” – when his phone rang. Ortega handed Efron the phone and gave him.
