Rumoured details and casting for the X-Force team in Deadpool 2

Last we we got our first real look at May’s hotly-anticipated sequel Deadpool 2 with a trailer that not only officially introduced Josh Brolin’s Cable, but also featured a rather intriguing shot of Ryan ReynoldsDeadpool and Zazie Beetz’s Domino alongside three other mystery costumed characters.

One of them was fairly easily identified as Terry Crews (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), with speculation suggesting that he’s played George Washington ‘G.W.’ Bridge, and now according to Uproxx it seems we may have clarification on the other two mutants.

The site is reporting that online chatter has It star Bill Skarsgard portraying the character on the back left in the image above, thought to be Zeitgeist (Skarsgard recently worked with director David Leitch on Atomic Blonde), with Iron Fist actor Lewis Tan as the other, Shatterstar.

Looks like @DavidMLeitch is using a bunch of his Atomic Blonde actors for Deadpool 2. @eddiemarsan

Meet Peyton List’s Poison Ivy In New Gotham Photos

When Gotham season 4 returns from its midseason break, it will introduce a brand new version of a familiar character. In “A Dark Knight: Pieces of a Broken Mirror,” Peyton List will step into the role of Ivy Pepper Aka Poison Ivy, who was previously played by Maggie Geha (and Claire Foley before her). Though her casting was made official a few months ago, we now have our first glimpse at List’s Ivy in these images from the midseason premiere.

You don’t need Bruce Wayne’s detective skills to notice that this version of Ivy is missing something that’s usually intrinsic to the character: her auburn locks. List is a popular actress with DC TV fans, after previously appearing as Golden Glider on The Flash and Lucy Lane on Smallville, but we imagine some will have fierce opinions about a version of Poison Ivy who doesn’t have red hair.

Deadpool was Alien,” said Liefeld. “It’s brilliant. It completely works. It’s a masterpiece. Deadpool 2 is Aliens. It’s when James Cameron came in and said, ‘Ok you want me to do this? We’re going to make it bigger, put in loads more action.’”

Cable Shines in New Action-Packed Trailer for ‘Deadpool 2’

Earlier this week, Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds tweeted a Flashdance parody poster for the upcoming Deadpool 2 aka the Untitled Deadpool Sequel. 20th Century Fox has just released a new trailer for the sequel. The trailer is titled “Deadpool, Meet Cable.” As you can imagine the trailer is Cable heavy and action-packed with the familiar comedy relief provided by Deadpool. Take a look for yourself but view with caution as the trailer includes violence and some strong language.

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family,

Meet Cable in New Trailer for Gnarly 'Deadpool 2' with Ryan Reynolds

"People think they understand pain, but they have no concept of it." Fox has released the newest trailer for Deadpool 2, and once again it's a unique twist on things, because the focus is all on the badass new badguy Cable - played by Josh Brolin (the same actor playing Thanos in the other Marvel movies). This is such a great trailer - I love the way it pauses and goes to Deadpool's wacky playtime, then continues with some awesome footage. Ryan Reynolds is, of course, back as the "Merc with a Mouth", Deadpool. The sequel's full cast includes Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand, T.J. Miller, Eddie Marsan, Zazie Beetz, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Julian Dennison, and Stefan Kapicic. I also love how much this trailer is blatantly self-referential, in all the right ways, and doesn't hold back (red bad much?). Fire it up below. Here's the latest "Meet Cable" trailer

‘Deadpool 2’ Trailer Spotlights Josh Brolin’s Cable

Cable gets his moment in the limelight in the action-packed “Deadpool 2” trailer released by Fox on Wednesday.

“I was born into war, bred into it,” Josh Brolin’s new baddie says in the footage. “People think they understand pain, but they have no concept of it.”

Ryan Reynolds — as “Deadpool’s” alter ego Wade Wilson — then breaks the fourth wall to complain about the film’s incomplete visual effects.

“What in the actual ass?” Miller says. “Dale! Why are the visual effects not done? It’s a metal arm! It’s not like we’re trying to remove a mustache!” (in reference to “Justice League’s” costly reshoots, which included digitally removing Henry Cavill’s facial hair in post-production).

To buy Dale some time, Deadpool proceeds to distract the audience with a toy recreation of a battle in the film between his character (dressed as Woody from “Toy Story”) and Cable.
