Lyndsy Fonseca in First Trailer for Time Travel Indie Film 'Curvature'

"Why do you think Wells was so secretive about his work?" Screen Media has unveiled a trailer for indie sci-fi thriller Curvature, which premiered at the Sitges Film Festival last year. This time travel film follows a young engineer named Helen Phillips, played by Lyndsy Fonseca (who you will recognize from Kick-Ass or "Agent Carter"), distraught by her husband's suicide. He had been developing a time travel prototype. She wakes up one morning and gets a phone call from herself, which sets things in motion as she tries to figure out what's going on. Co-starring Linda Hamilton, Glenn Morshower, Alex Lanipekun, Zach Avery, Noah Bean. I saw this at Sitges and unfortunately it's not good. It has all the right ingredients, including a cool-looking time travel machine, but just doesn't amount to much and is instantly forgettable. Check it out. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Diego Hallivis' Curvature,

While we won't know for sure until next month when it hits theaters, this movie could be one of the first sleeper hits of 2018.

The film had its world premiere at the Shriekfest Film Festival in October, where it won Best Sci-Fi Feature, followed by a screening at the Stiges Film Festival. Screen Media Films has slated the film for release on February 23, 2018, in limited release and through on demand formats. Pitch Season 1 Episode 6 Review: Wear It

It has been a fantastic week for baseball. The Cubs won the World Series, and this quiet little show about a female pitcher in the Leagues continues to break boundaries, barriers, and hearts!

I didn't expect much out of Pitch Season 1 Episode 6, but by the end of the episode, I was speechless. I certainly didn't expect to be sitting in the middle of my hotel room on the verge of bawling my eyes out.

This show is amazing. It's so multi-dimensional and touching. There's a reason why fans are so drawn in, and are passionate enough to trend #RenewPitch hours before the episode even aired. It moves people.

"Wear It" was probably the best episode to date. I may have said that once or twice before, but the show truly does get better with each and every episode. It's amazing how they're able to flesh out these characters and make this storyline so compelling.
