I'm actually ok with Marvel not showing us any more footage from this movie. I'm already sold! Of course, I'm sure somewhere down the line we will get another trailer filled with new footage, and how can I not watch that!?

It: Chapter Two Will Film This Summer, Full Kid Cast Returning

Part of what makes Stephen King’s It so unique – and so engrossing – is that the legendary auteur allows his Pennywise saga to unfold across two decidedly different eras: 1958 and 1985.

And though New Line toyed around with that timeline during the transition from book to screen – Andy Muschietti’s horror hit actually kicks off in 1988 – the 27-year time gap still applies, meaning It: Chapter Two will likely begin in the year 2015, by which point the Losers Club will be fully-grown adults.

It’s a flash forward that has raised a lot of questions in the casting department, and horror fans have been quietly rooting for Jessica Chastain to land the role of adult Bev. But what about those breakout stars that anchored Muschietti’s modern gem? Indeed, will they have a role in the upcoming sequel? Well, if a new report is to be believed, then yes, they most definitely will.

Avengers: Infinity War Figures Offer New Looks At Captain America, Iron Man And Others

Now that we’re somewhat within reaching distance of Avengers: Infinity War‘s theatrical release, it’s only natural that various forms of merchandise begin flooding the marketplace. Already, we’ve gotten looks at T-shirts, backpacks and the like, and, now, comes what diehards geeks may very well look forward to most.

We are, of course, talking about action figures.

Personally, this is a form of memorabilia that I really dig because you’re essentially owning a small replica of that character. Granted, some of you may be able to shell out the cash required for those premium toys, and while those are pretty awesome, most folks probably explore this less expensive avenue.

‘War for the Planet of the Apes’ Deserves to Win the VFX Oscar

‘War for the Planet of the Apes’ Deserves to Win the VFX Oscar
The time has come for the Academy to finally give the VFX Oscar to “War for the Planet of the Apes.” Twice denied for “Rise” and “Dawn,” Weta Digital’s remarkable work on Caesar (Andy Serkis) culminated with a Shakespearean finale. It’s undeniably the best of the field. And coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the original “Planet of the Apes” would make it even sweeter. The Visual Effects Society obviously got the importance of the work, honoring the entire Caesar trilogy, now we’ll see if the Academy makes amends with “War.”

However, “Apes” has been denied before (with the acting branch, in particular, having a bias against Serkis and performance capture) and there is other noteworthy character animation to choose from, including the stunning CG Rachael from “Blade Runner 2049,” the creepy Snoke (Serkis) from “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” Ego and the de-aged Kurt Russell from

The Last Word on ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’

As per usual with Marvel and all movies in fact, I’m docking star points for stupid post-credits scenes; those still need to die, (And no, not watching them is not a legitimate option, when they can just, not have them! You don’t like a song you recorded but you put it on the album anyway, sorry, it’s part of the album now, and I judge as a whole; I don’t care if it’s a hidden track, it ain’t that hidden, you don’t want it considered, don’t put it there then!) That said, I enjoyed the first ‘Guardians of the Galaxy‘, and I enjoyed even more ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2‘, not only ’cause it was just as funny, but also because, I’m gonna remember the plot and story of this one for awhile. If you want to go back to my original review,

‘Black Panther’ Review: A Brave New World

If Marvel Studios does one thing well, with the most consistency, it is casting their characters. Starting with Robert Downey, Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man 10 years ago, and nailing the casting of Steve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans) and Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), the studio doesn't look for the biggest star, it looks for the best actor, and they've done that again with Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa, the Black Panther.

Boseman first suited up as the King and Protector of Wakanda in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, and nearly stole the entire film from the established characters and actors. Boseman brings a level of gravitas to the character, in both stature and delivery. When he speaks, I hear the voice of T'Challa as I've always imagined it. Now director Ryan Coogler (Creed) has brought T'Challa and his menagerie of characters to the big screen in Black Panther, and in so doing,

Another new piece of promo poster art for Avengers: Infinity War has surfaced and it brings the whole heroic team together. Of course, the big bad Mad Titan, Thanos, makes an appearance as well. Like Tony Stark said in the recent Super Bowl spot, "It's all been leading to this," and the fans can't wait to see how this whole thing plays out! We all know that Thanos is going to be the greatest villain that the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy have faced off against since and we all know that things aren't going to end with sunshine and rainbows. I just can't wait to see all of these heroes team up with each other! That's going to bring such a fun dynamic to the character's story arcs in the film.

Thor won’t be going into Avengers: Infinity War and the big showdown with Thanos unarmed however, as he will be wielding a new hammer – Stormbreaker – in the superhero blockbuster, and thanks to some merchandise packaging, we’ve got a good look at the mighty weapon; take a look here, courtesy of Cbm

Sebastian Stan on The Winter Soldier and whether we might see him as Captain America

While several stars of the Marvel Cinematic Universe such as Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth are out of contract following Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4, one actor who still has plenty of time to run on his deal is Sebastian Stan, who plays Bucky Barnes, a.k.a. The Winter Soldier.

Stan originally signed a nine-film deal with Marvel Studios, and there’s been a lot of speculation that Bucky will succeed Evans’ Steve Rogers as Captain America – something the actor addressed at a recent panel at Wizard World St. Louis (via Cbm):

“I just think … it would be a very different Captain America you know, you wouldn’t be able to have the same Captain America as you have right now because he’s a different guy,” said Stan. “Again, there’s this issue where we’ve got to get him to be trustworthy enough for them to give him that responsibility,

Where Was Clark Gregg in Marvel's 10th Anniversary Photo?

Earlier today, Marvel Studios kicked off their year-long 10th Anniversary celebration by unveiling an epic "class photo," that featured over 80 actors and filmmakers who helped shape the McU throughout its first 10 years. The photo didn't feature every main star and filmmaker though, and one of the most notable exceptions was Clark Gregg, who played Agent Phil Coulson in Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor and The Avengers, before he was "killed" in that movie, only to be resurrected for the ABC series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which is currently in its fifth season. Shortly after the class photo was unveiled, Clark Gregg took to social media, to reveal why he wasn't present for this epic photoshoot.

"So sad I couldn't make this shoot. Honored to be part of McU. I was proudly repping #agentsofSHIELD at #MadisonSquareGarden for @NY_Comic_Con @Marvel."

Marvel also released a behind-the-scenes video, revealing that the photo
