Without mentioning President Trump by name, former President George W. Bush delivered a viral speech denouncing the current state of American politics and lamenting that “bigotry” now seems “emboldened.”

Speaking at the Bush Institute’s “Spirit of Liberty” forum in New York on Thursday, the 43rd president told the crowd, “In recent decades, public confidence in our institutions has declined. ‘The Vietnam War’ Premiere Is the Best Performing PBS Episode Since ‘Downton Abbey’ Series Finale

‘The Vietnam War’ Premiere Is the Best Performing PBS Episode Since ‘Downton Abbey’ Series Finale
Ken Burns and Lynn Novick’s “The Vietnam War” is arguably one of the most important television events of the year, and viewership has backed that up. In particular, its first episode has garnered record numbers, and the 10-part series continues to air and be streamed throughout the country as well as in Vietnam.

On the telecast side, the premiere of “The Vietnam War,” which aired on Sunday, Sept. 17, drew an audience of 9.6 million viewers with a 6.0 household rating, according to a report released by PBS. That makes it PBS’ highest-rated telecast for the season and best-performing telecast since the series finale of “Downton Abbey” in March 2016. It’s also one of the highest-rated episodes of all time for a Ken Burns/Lynn Novick series, far above their acclaimed “Prohibition,” “The War,” and “Jazz.” That 6.0 household rating also means that “The Vietnam War” is more than 300 greater than PBS’ average primetime rating.

Eminem Incinerates Trump in Powerful Freestyle Rap
Rapper Eminem took his opinion of Donald Trump to the public on Tuesday night's Bet Hip Hop Awards in a scathing 4-minute freestyle rap. Trump has caused a lot of controversy over the last 9 months and many in America are starting to get restless and beginning to share their true thoughts on the man who has divided the United States in a way that hasn't been seen in decades. To say the first private citizen to be elected president is polarizing would be a severe understatement, as his supporters love his non-politician antics while the other side, and most of the world, can't stay quiet any longer.

The Detroit rapper slammed Donald Trump back in 2016 with an even longer free-style rap entitled "Campaign Speech," clocking in at 9 minutes. But as previously mentioned, a lot has happened in 9 months since the new president took office. Eminem's latest free-style is called,
