Bret? Present. Jemaine? Present.

The stars of the quirky HBO comedy Flight of the Conchords are returning for a one-hour special, the network announced on Thursday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour. The special, slated to air this May, will feature Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement performing classic Conchords songs (“Business Time”!) along with new originals in front of a live audience during their UK tour. (Note: This is not a proper revival of the original scripted series, as we might’ve hoped for, but merely a one-off performance special.)

‘Barry’ Trailer: Bill Hader Wants To Kill People & Act

Juggling a career and pursuing a passion is no easy feat, but the upcoming HBO comedy takes things a step further with “Barry.” Finally giving the terrific Bill Hader the kind of leading man role we’ve been hoping for, the series is one of our most anticipated new offerings of the year.

Co-starring Stephen Root, Sarah Goldberg, Glenn Fleshler, Anthony Carrigan and Henry Winkler, the premise is pretty simple: a hitman, stuck in a rut, finds new inspiration when he stumbles upon an acting class.

If Bourne Identity and The Disaster Artist Had a Baby, It Would Be This New HBO Show

Bill Hader's return to TV isn't exactly what we expected, but we're here for it regardless. The Saturday Night Live alum has a new show coming to HBO on March 25 called Barry, and it definitely has one of the network's more oddball premises. The comedy follows Hader's Barry, a talented hitman from the Midwest whose life feels unfulfilled. Fortunately, he stumbles upon his true passion in life - acting - when he relocates to Los Angeles and starts taking theater classes from a man named Cousineau (Henry Winkler). Barry also stars Stephen Root and Sarah Goldberg, whom you can catch a glimpse of in the trailer above!

‘Barry’: New Trailer Features Bill Hader as a Hitman Who Aspires to Be an Actor

Bill Hader is a bit of a comic genius, and yet all too often he’s been relegated to either voice work or supporting roles. ‘The Sopranos’ Strip Club Location Satin Dolls Is Closing Amid Criminal Investigation
In a case of life imitating art, the New Jersey location of Tony Soprano’s infamous Bada Bing! strip club has been shut down amid pending criminal investigation, the AP reports. The Lodi, New Jersey strip club Satin Dolls has been accused of solicitation of prostitution, lewd activity, and failure to account for “large amounts of cash moving in and out of the businesses.” “Illegal activity was glorified at the ‘Bada Bing’ in the fictional world of Tony Soprano, but it has no place in modern-day New Jersey,” said New Jersey Attorney General Christopher S. Porrino in a release. “It’s time to shut it down.”

The owners of Satin Dolls have been under investigation for six years, according to the Ag’s report. One of the owners, Anthony Cardinalle, admitted to federal income tax evasion in 1995, and pled guilty in 2013 to a racketeering conspiracy linked to the Genovese crime family.

Can Bill Hader Turn “Barry” Into the Next Comedic “Breaking Bad?”

So the show starring Bill Hader, Barry, is believed to be the next big hit like Breaking Bad?
