The Last Man on Earth Season 4 Episode 10 Review: Paint Misbehavin'

The Last Man on Earth is back to its usual self in its winter finale, with a more successful Karl-focused episode than the last.

Karl is introduced to the gang on The Last Man on Earth Season 4 Episode 10, but Tandy is suspicious of his behavior and cannot get anyone else to agree with him. Meanwhile, Melissa believes the gang should stop looking for Jasper.

Because Karl is with the group in "Paint Misbehavin,'" it was much easier to watch than the last episode. Fred Armisen is hilarious and creepy in the role, but I felt that an entire episode of just Karl was exhausting to watch.

The rest of the cast that I love so much balances out Armisen's quirks perfectly, and watching him interact with former Saturday Night Live castmate Will Forte was a particular treat.

Armisen also had fantastic chemistry with Mary Steenburgen. Gail's often blunt style

Will Ferrell Finally Reveals the ‘Step Brothers’ Sequel Storyline That Never Got Made

Will Ferrell Finally Reveals the ‘Step Brothers’ Sequel Storyline That Never Got Made
Will Ferrell fans are no doubt shocked that a movie like “Daddy’s Home” is getting a sequel before such favorites as “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” and “Step Brothers.” The latter was an R-rated box office success in 2008 and gained near-legendary status by becoming an endlessly re-watchable favorite on cable television networks like FX. The film, which starred Ferrell opposite John C. Reilly as a pair of grown men still living with their parents, seemed like a logical choice for a sequel, and yet the stars and director Adam McKay have never moved forward with one.

AFM: Mid-Market Generating Mix of Optimism and Uncertainty

AFM: Mid-Market Generating Mix of Optimism and Uncertainty
As the 38th American Film Market reaches the half-way point, a mixed picture has emerged that reflects the profound changes in the movie industry.

Buyers offer the usual refrain about the seeming lack of big buzz titles as the industry continues to reel from fresh revelations in Hollywood’s sexual assault scandal — a topic that dominated conversations at Afm headquarters at the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica. Additionally, domestic box office for 2017 has been lagging by an alarming 5%.

But notable deals have closed, such as Paramount’s announcement Friday that it was buying the comedy “The Book Club,” starring Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen; Emmy winner Uzo Aduba joining the drama “The Virginian”; and Lionsgate buying five Studiocanal titles include Liam Neeson’s “Hard Powder” and the Colin Firth-Rachel Weisz drama “The Mercy.”

Michael Ryan, partner at London-based Gfm Films and chairman of Afm organizer Independent Film and Television Alliance, admits

Jane Fonda, 79, Goes Unretouched on the Cover of Town & Country

Jane Fonda, 79, Goes Unretouched on the Cover of Town & Country
Earlier this year Helen Mirren, 72, appeared on the cover of Allure and pioneered a new way of embracing her age by urging people to stop using the term “anti-aging.” And now, Jane Fonda, is making an equally powerful statement by appearing on the cover of Town & Country completely unretouched.

The 79-year-old went all-natural for the November issue appearing on the black-and-white cover wearing a collared shirt, oversize earrings and a chainlink necklace.

Fonda has been a L’Oréal spokesperson since her first campaign in 2014 and just walked in the brand’s Paris show (alongside Mirren!). She’s been open and

‘Finding Your Roots’: Larry David and Bernie Sanders Are Related, and More Shocking Revelations From PBS’ Ancestry Series

‘Finding Your Roots’: Larry David and Bernie Sanders Are Related, and More Shocking Revelations From PBS’ Ancestry Series
Although Larry David had impersonated Senator Bernie Sanders brilliantly multiple times on “Saturday Night Live,” the men’s resemblance was written off as nothing but a joke. After all, they’re both older Jewish men from New York. Of course they’re similar.

On Tuesday night’s premiere of PBS’ “Finding Your Roots with Henry Louis Gates, Jr.” though, they discovered they have far more in common than just looks. After running a DNA test on the two, host Gates revealed that they share significantly long sequences of identical DNA. In short, they’re related.

In a separate interview, Sanders had a similarly delighted but stunned reaction. “You’re kidding. That is unbelievable.
