Fake Skin Care Ads That Used Kim Kardashian, Dr. Oz and More Shut Down, Defendants Ordered to Pay $6.4 Million
The Federal Trade Commission has taken action against a vast network of internet marketers who misled consumers.

According to a statement obtained by Et from the FTC, three men -- Richard Fowler, Ryan Fowler and Nathan Martinez -- were allegedly behind the scam, which deceived consumers into believing they were ordering "free trials" of skincare products and dietary supplements. These men control 19 companies, collectively operating as Tarr, Inc.

They allegedly used fake websites (like womenshealthi.com and goodhousekeepingtoday.com) that appeared legitimate as a way to conceal their fraudulent conduct. They also used the likeness of a few celebrities to endorse their products without permission, claiming stars like Kim Kardashian, Dr. Oz, Jennifer Aniston, Jason Statham and more used the products and experienced "dramatic results."

The Federal Trade Commission has taken action against a vast network of internet marketers who misled consumers.

Mark Harmon Promises 'NCIS' Will 'Honor' Pauley Perrette's Character Before Her Departure (Exclusive)
NCIS will give Pauley Perrette a proper departure. 

Et's Kevin Frazier spoke with Mark Harmon at his TV Guide cover party in Studio City, California, on Monday, where he opened up about how the show will say goodbye to one of its own when Perrette leaves after season 15. 

According to the 66-year-old actor, the fans have also earned a sweet departure for Perrette's Abby Sciuto. The actress revealed last month that this season would be her last.

CBS Responded To Pauley Perrette’s NCIS Departure Announcement

Unfortunately, "NCIS" fans. As most of you are currently aware of, Abby Sciuto actress Pauley Perrette (above) has recently made the decision to leave the show that she has been on for the past 15 or so years. She announced it via letter on Twitter. Now, according to a new Buddytv.com article, CBS has released a statement responding to Pauley's departure announcement. Also, the producers of "NCIS" George Schenck and Frank Cardea released a statement. In CBS' statement, they thanked Pauley for all the work she did to make the Abby character one of the most unique characters on television. They respect her decision and so on and so forth. They stated, "Perrette is a valued member of both NCIS and the CBS family for over 15 years. Hey, "NCIS" fans. We've got some interesting news for you guys in regards to the upcoming episode 4 that's due to air next week. CBS recently put out an official press release for the episode. In it, is a little teaser description of what's in store. We've learned that we're going to see a new female agent arrive on the scene. This had already been reported a few weeks back. But now, it's finally time to see her in action! The upcoming episode 4 is entitled, "Skeleton Crew," and it's going to feature the arrival of NCIS Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane (above right). She's played by actress Maria Bello. CBS' description tells us that Director Vance will welcome her aboard at some point during this episode. They also described Jacqueline as being a forensic Psychologist that Vance lobbied to get transferred from California to the headquarters. It was previously reported that Jacqueline will challenge Gibbs.
