As part of the ABC series’ second live tour, which kicked off April 29 in New York, the actor performs several of his own compositions — some of which happen also to be Deacon’s. For a longtime songwriter who only recently has had tunes embraced by the public, watching people sing along with his lyrics is a heady thing, he says.

Charles Esten (as Deacon) and Chris Carmack (as Will) will both perform live from the show’s Bluebird Café set, TVLine has confirmed, and their performances will be integrated into the episode.
Carmack will sing “If It’s Love” by the Striking Matches, while Esten will perform “I Know How To Love You Now,” which he penned along with Deana Carter.

Carter filed for legal separation from her husband of three years, Brandon Malone, in Los Angeles earlier this week, TMZ reports. In court papers, however, she says they've been living apart for more than a year.
Carter cites the standard "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the separation. She's seeking spousal support and attorney fees.
Carter broke out in the mid-'90s with her album "Did I Shave My Legs for This?" She also co-wrote "You and Tequila," which was a hit for Kenny Chesney and a nominee for song of the year at the 2011 Cma Awards.

According to court documents obtained by Et, Deana, 46, has been separated from husband Brandon Malone for over a year, but now they are moving to make their split official.
The filings cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation, and state that Deana is seeking spousal support.
Deana and Brandon wed in Malibu on October 3, 2009. They have no minor children together.
