The actors have welcomed their first child, daughter Ella Jack Silverman, they shared on Instagram Friday, posting an image of Ella’s tiny foot in a hospital anklet.
“#fbf One week ago today, On September 29th, after a 28 hour labor, our little girl was born into the world,” the 38-year-old Salvation actress wrote. “Happy One-Week Birthday, Ella Jack We love you very much.”

Silverman, 51, re-posted the sweet black-and-white photo,
“I said, ‘We have to get a reveal cake,’ ” Finnigan tells People of a conversation she had with her husband, actor/director Jonathan Silverman.
“And, of course, I wanted it to be gluten-free and vegan. I’m not even vegan … I think I just wanted to be able to eat the whole thing and feel like it was kinda healthy!”

Production has begun in Los Angeles with British TV commercial veteran Mark Taylor directing. Producers are Amber Wang (“Rock Dog”), Fj Productions’ Fabio Golombek (“Experimenter,” “Like Sunday Like Rain”), and Brad Billington (“Professional Affair,” “Lethal Cowboy”).
The couple are preparing to welcome their first child, People can reveal exclusively.
“After 13 years together, we are beyond excited to start this new chapter of our lives. We can’t wait to be parents!” the couple tell People.
Finnigan, 37, and Silverman, 50, were introduced by Friends star Matthew Perry at a barbecue in 2004 and they wed in 2007.
Finnigan stars in the CBS’ summer series Salvation, which debuts Wednesday, July 12, at 9 p.m. Et. She previously starred on the FX series Tyrant.

It feels like, only a couple of weeks ago, I was reviewing this same episode. Or at least its type.
