The first 3 were okay, but #4 got me going. With better effects and [some] intense scenes, you may watch this instead. If you haven't seen paranormal activity, best idea is to start from #3, #1, #2 and #4. Or 1,2,3,4.

What's better than turning the wrong way? Dying! With the fuc*ed up mutants in the forest surviving on [normal] human flesh. A hell of a horror and a bit graphic for those to watch who get disturbed. Watch the other 4 to get your head around this non-zombie, non-serial killer film. But a infectious virus film.

7 of them. People say, WTF! There is no plot.. But you're wrong, every movie has some sort of plot, you have to use that brain of yours. Saw is a movie, that Jigsaw kidnaps people who have done bad things and sets them up in a trap- they must make themselves survive. Think of this movie as a more violent version of TV show- Dexter.

Votes: 310,368 | Gross: $232.91M
This movie is said to be the scariest. Well, in my opinion- it's not. 3 hours of boring scenes. But if you have nothing to do, well watch this. Although it has interesting effects for the '70s.
16. Insanitarium (2008 Video)
R | 89 min | Horror, Thriller
After he's institutionalized in order to cover for his sister, a young man encounters a doctor who is turning his patients into flesh-eating psychopaths.
This is somewhat a good movie. A guy pretends to be mental, then goes to the mental hospital to save his sister but finds out the owner is doing more then to save patients. With gory nudity that 16 year old's can see. A film that will make you not think but make you look away.
