The IT Crowd - UK office sit-com, with a sharp lens on Roy (Chris O'Dowd), Moss (Richard Ayoade), and Jen (Katherine Parkinson) who rise above the corporate tides while lurking in the basement offices of an IT department.

3. Better Off Ted (2009–2010)

Better Off Ted - both seasons of this dorkly funny office sit-com where the unstoppable Portia De Rossi commands the chaos of a manic corporate r&d team. The dev lab has just enough Dr. Who references to keep the nerd-core grinning smugly in the background, all while rofl-ing at the antics of the funniest scientists on screen.

Kolchak: The Night Stalker - long before Mulder and Scully were tangling up in supernatural affairs, there was Darren McGavin as the iconic 'Kolchak' a Chicago based reporter who had a knack for snapping pics and solving supernatural crimes. 18. Heroes (II) (2006–2010)

19. Alphas (2011–2012)

Dr. Lee Rosen leads a team of "Alphas", (human beings with enhanced abilities) who investigate the death of a witness in a court case. They soon uncover more than they had bargained for.
Fair Warning: After reaching the end of Season Two you'll want to recreate Leonard's phone quest about 'Alphas' seen on 'The Big Bang Theory', however don't let that dissuade you from enjoying the two seasons of Alphas that are available on Netflix. A solid entry into the 'Powers' phenomenon and one that should have made it to Season Three.
If only SyFy would stop making 'Sharktopus' sequels, it could have enough funding to keep quality shows like 'Alphas' going...
21. Jericho (2006–2008)

A small town in Kansas is literally left in the dark after seeing a mushroom cloud over near-by Denver, Colorado. The townspeople struggle to find answers about the blast and solutions on how to survive.
An interesting take on a future USA, cut down in its prime a couple times before leaving the airwaves for good.

UPDATE - Netflix has a 'smattering' of Guild episodes, however there are great gaps in the series which I think may be remedied by checking out the Guild catalog over on Hulu.
23. Freaks and Geeks (1999–2000)

A high school mathlete starts hanging out with a group of burnouts while her younger brother navigates his freshman year.
Freaks and Geeks - The single season of 1980's era high-school hijinx that heralded the start of the 'Judd Apatow Era' of comedy. Funny, with-it, gets-it, and all performed by loads of cool folks early on in their on-screen careers (Seth Rogan, James Franco, Jason Segal, and Linda Cardellini)

29. Weeds (2005–2012)

When a suburban mother turns to dealing marijuana in order to maintain her privileged lifestyle after her husband dies, she finds out just how addicted her entire neighborhood already is.
Weeds - If you've been bitten by the 'Orange is the New Black' bug, you may want to binge a little on Jenji Kohan's (the showrunner / creator of OITNB) previous series that ran on Showtime. And while I still think it may have ran for a few seasons too many, the first few seasons of Weeds are worth inhaling just to savor the suburban stoner lore.
30. Mad Men (2007–2015)

A drama about one of New York's most prestigious ad agencies at the beginning of the 1960s, focusing on one of the firm's most mysterious but extremely talented ad executives, Donald Draper.
