What makes this list a little different is that there are some shows that I don't particularly care for, and some that I've never even seen. I am ranking them from Historical, Social, and Cultural relevance, and yes... There is a personal bias mixed in (starting with #1). So enjoy, and feel free to comment, but please keep it clean.
